# How to configure email notifications

Notification preferences help you receive important updates without filling your inbox with events you do not need.

Open your profile or account settings and go to **Preferências de notificações**. On mobile, open the account menu first.

Review each available group, including video processing, AI operations, batch actions, usage, team activity, and credits. Enable the events that require your attention and disable only those that another person or system already monitors.

Select **Salvar** and allow a few minutes for the preference to take effect. The configuration applies to your user, not necessarily to every organization member.

Critical service or security communications may still be sent when necessary. If expected messages do not arrive, confirm your account email, check spam and company filters, and add the Moviie sender to your allowed list before contacting support.
