AI credits are consumed by eligible Moviie AI features. The credits page helps you separate the current balance from past additions and usage.

Open **Créditos**. At the top, check the available balance. In the statement or activity area, review the date, feature, amount added or consumed, and resulting balance.

If a number looks unexpected:

Compare the record date with recent AI operations.

Check whether a batch action processed more than one video.

Confirm you are viewing the correct organization.

Capture the record details before contacting support.

A successful charge or plan change may take a short time to appear. Refresh the page before repeating a purchase or operation.
