# How to create a tutor using videos as a knowledge base

In the main navigation, open **Tutores** and select **Novo tutor**. A tutor answers from the content of the videos you choose and can be published as a chat for learners.

## Select the knowledge base

In **Vídeos do tutor**, select from 1 to 20 videos. Use **Buscar vídeo** to find a title and **Todas as coleções** to filter the list by collection.

The tutor answers only from the selected content. The behavior traits you choose change the tone of its answers, but they do not expand or replace that knowledge base.

When you finish selecting videos, choose **Criar tutor**. Moviie starts preparing the knowledge.

## Prepare updated content

While content is being prepared, the tutor shows that its knowledge is in preparation. When it needs this step, select **Preparar** or **Preparar novamente**.

If you change the videos linked to the tutor, its knowledge is automatically reprocessed. Moviie tells you that the tutor comes back online when preparation finishes.

## Test and publish for learners

Once the knowledge is ready, use **Testar** to chat with the tutor before making it available. Then select **Publicar**.

A tutor appears as available to viewers when it is published, its knowledge is ready, and availability is enabled.
