# How to generate and show a video text summary

In the video editor, open **Conteúdo de IA** and select **Resumo**. This area contains the video’s **Resumo em texto**: a short rich-text summary where each passage points to the moment in the video it describes.

## Generate the text summary

Select **Gerar com IA**. Before it starts, confirm the credit cost shown by Moviie.

The video needs a transcript before the summary can be generated. If one is not available yet, generation does not start and Moviie tells you why.

While the result is being created, the card shows **Gerando resumo…**. It can take a few minutes. If generation fails, no credits are charged and you can try again.

## Review, regenerate, or delete

Once the summary is ready, select **Editar em tela cheia** to review and adjust its text. Use **Refazer** when you want a new version; this action uses credits.

If the video transcript changes, the summary is marked for regeneration. If you no longer want to keep it, use **Excluir**. You can generate another summary later.

## Choose whether the summary appears in the player

Use **Exibição no player** to decide whether viewers see the summary. Turn it on to show it in the player or turn it off to keep it available only in the video editor.
