Start by opening **Fila**. The status and message shown for the affected item usually indicate whether the issue occurred during detection, download, or transfer.

## The panel does not open or connect

Confirm that the extension is enabled and updated in your browser. Reload the source page, reopen the side panel, and sign in again. If the wrong organization appears, use **Configurações** and **Desconectar**.

## No video is detected

Open the individual video page, not only a catalog or search result.

Wait for the page and player to finish loading.

Start playback briefly when the source requires user interaction.

Reload the page and reopen **Migrar**.

Protected, expired, private, or unsupported sources may not be detectable. Never bypass source access controls.

## A migration failed

Read the item message before retrying. Check your connection and confirm that the source video still plays. Retry the failed item once instead of creating a new identical migration. If it fails again, collect the source platform, page URL, approximate time, and the exact queue message before contacting support.

Already completed videos remain available in the Moviie library.
