# Organize videos in your library

> Use titles that search can find, and collections, to get to the right video with less effort.

Two things decide whether you will find a video again later: its title, and the collection it lives in.

## Where to find it

In the main menu, open **Vídeos**. The search box at the top looks up videos by title, and the collection selector filters the list — **Todas as coleções** shows the whole library.

## Give videos titles that search can find

Library search matches the title, not what is spoken in the video. A file that keeps its original name rarely surfaces when you need it.

Prefer titles that state topic, format, and version, such as "Lesson 03 — Pricing (v2)" instead of "final\_final.mp4".

## Group them into collections

Create a collection from **Nova coleção**, under the **Coleções** group in the sidebar. Collections work well for a series, a client, or a campaign.

To put videos in one, use the move action on the video itself, or **Ações em massa** for several at once.

## Review before sharing

Open the collection from the selector at the top and confirm it holds the right videos. Adjust the order when sequence is part of the experience.

> A collection organizes the library: it does not create a copy of the video.
