# How to set organization player defaults

Organization defaults make new videos start with a consistent player experience. You can still customize an individual video later.

Open **Player**. On desktop, it appears in the left navigation. On a smaller screen, open the main menu first.

Review each section:

**Aparência** for colors, logo, and visual style.

**Controles** for visible playback actions.

**Legendas** for caption behavior.

**Velocidades** for the options viewers can choose.

**Comportamento** for playback preferences.

Use the preview while changing settings, then select **Salvar**. Create a test video or open a new video to confirm the resulting default.

Default changes are intended for new videos. Existing videos can retain their own configuration. If you need the same adjustment on old content, review those videos separately before publishing.

Use **Restaurar padrões** only when you want to discard the organization’s customized baseline.
