When a video does not play on your site, start with the message shown on the playback screen. It tells you the reason for the block.

## If “Reprodução temporariamente indisponível” appears

Try again later.

## If “Domínio não autorizado” appears

This means the site needs to be allowed in Moviie settings.

In **Padrões › Segurança**, enter the domain in **Domínios permitidos**.

Select **Adicionar**.

The **Domínios permitidos** list controls which sites can embed videos. If it is empty, all sites are allowed except those on the **Lista de bloqueio**.

The **Lista de bloqueio** takes priority over allowed domains.

Moviie confirms when the settings are updated.

## If the problem happens when opening the player URL directly

If **Bloquear acesso direto via URL** is enabled, opening the player URL outside the embedded site will not play the video.

In this case:

test playback on the page where the video was embedded;

disable this option only if you want to allow the direct URL.

This protection is independent of the domain lists.
