Organize videos in your library

Two things decide whether you will find a video again later: its title, and the collection it lives in.

Where to find it

In the main menu, open Vídeos. The search box at the top looks up videos by title, and the collection selector filters the list — Todas as coleções shows the whole library.

Give videos titles that search can find

Library search matches the title, not what is spoken in the video. A file that keeps its original name rarely surfaces when you need it.

Prefer titles that state topic, format, and version, such as "Lesson 03 — Pricing (v2)" instead of "final_final.mp4".

Group them into collections

Create a collection from Nova coleção, under the Coleções group in the sidebar. Collections work well for a series, a client, or a campaign.

To put videos in one, use the move action on the video itself, or Ações em massa for several at once.

Review before sharing

Open the collection from the selector at the top and confirm it holds the right videos. Adjust the order when sequence is part of the experience.

A collection organizes the library: it does not create a copy of the video.
