Choose who can find a video

Visibility controls how the video public page can be found and shared. Choose an option before sending the link to your audience.

Where to find it

In the main menu, open Vídeos and select the video you want. In the video editor, choose Geral from the side navigation and scroll to Visibilidade. On smaller screens, select Abrir menu, choose Geral, and scroll to the same card.

Choose the right visibility

Under Visibilidade, select one of these options:

• Não listado: anyone who receives the link can watch, but the page does not appear in search.
• Público: people with the link can watch and the page can appear in search engines.
• Privado: the public-page link is temporary and expires after one hour. Use this option when access needs to be controlled.

The change applies as soon as you select an option. If you choose Privado, confirm it with Tornar privado in the confirmation window.

Before using Privado

The Privado option requires token access to be configured for the organization. If it is unavailable, ask an administrator to check that setting before sharing the video.

After you make a video private, embedded playbacks also require valid access. Check your embeds and integrations before changing the visibility of a video that is already in use.

Check what your audience will see

In the Studio header, select Ver vídeo to open the public page in another tab. For a private video, Moviie opens a temporary link; generate a new link whenever you need to share it again.
