How to export Insights reports to CSV

CSV export lets you analyze Moviie Insights in a spreadsheet or combine them with authorized business data.

Open Insights. Before exporting, confirm the organization, video or aggregate scope, date range, timezone, and any active filter. The file reflects the selected context.

Select Exportar CSV and wait for the browser download. Avoid clicking repeatedly while the report is being prepared.

When opening the file:

1. Import it as UTF-8 so accents remain correct.
2. Confirm the delimiter recognized by your spreadsheet app.
3. Keep identifiers as text when leading zeros or long values matter.
4. Record the filters and export time next to your analysis.

If the file is empty, return to Insights and confirm that the selected period contains activity. Compare only reports with compatible scopes and definitions.

Analytics exports can contain sensitive business information. Share them only with authorized people and store them according to your organization’s data policy.
